Onboarding our new app Connect!

We have developed a new REDGO app for towers, called Connect - and this fall we are onboarding all stations in Norway and Sweden! 

 

This app will eventually replace the old RSA-app, so you can start using it beforehand to get familiar with it:) All stations will be placed in a "wave" during the onboarding process, which you should have received a newsletter about earlier where stations can request what week to be onboarded. For Sweden this is a little bit different, as your waves already are planned. 

 

 

What can you expect?

  • A more user friendly app
  • The chance to give feedback on features in the app and report bugs directly to us
  • All towers will have their own accounts - without more costs! 
  • We are constantly working on functionalities and improving the app

Frequently asked questions

I can not log in

1) Have you created both admin and tower user?
You will need to log in with a Microsoft account. Please ask your station manager if you need help creating a tower user.

 

2) Do you have the latest app version?

Can I use the app on both phone and tablet?

Yes, you can install and use the app on multiple devices with the same login. Things you do on the one device will update on the other in seconds. Try it, it actually works really well!

How often is the app updated?

We update continuously with new functionalities and fixes. Your app should notify you when updates are available.

 

We will not update during hollidays.

What should I do if I find a bug?

Please report any bugs or issues to connect@redgo.no with details about what happened and steps to reproduce the issue if possible.
