You're almost there!
Now that your station's trucks and users are registered, each tower must complete the steps below to gain access to Connect.
Towers have to log in to the Microsoft Authenticator app with the same email that was registered, before logging in to Connect.
Why do we use Microsoft Authenticator?
- Easier log in process - no need to enter your password every time
- Enhanced security - makes it harder for others to access your account, even if they know your password
Log in to Microsoft Authenticator
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your personal phone
- On another device (for example a PC, tablet, another phone, etc.), open a browser and go to:
- Log in using your registered email address, and change or create password if you are asked about this
- Begin the security setup and select "Microsoft Authenticator app" as your method
- Click "Set up your account" and a QR code will be shown
- On your personal phone, open the Microsoft Authenticator app
- Press "+" or "Add account"
- Chose "Work or school account"
- Scan the QR code displayed on the other device
- Complete the confirmation and approve the login
--> Now you are all set and can log in to the Connect app on your work device!
