What Data Do We Collect and Why?
1. Timestamps and Location Data (Personal / Truck)
When you update your status in the App, we collect timestamps and location data to:

Calculate the distance and destination for invoicing.

Compare actual location and destination data with those set by the Call Center to improve functionality.

Enable you to set your actual location as the correct destination address efficiently.

Log total distance driven for REDGO cases for sustainability reporting.
2. Real-Time Location (Personal)
When you are logged into the app and chosen a truck, we will know in realtime where the device (tablet or phone) is.
We use this data for:

Determine the Truck’s location for estimating ETA.
It can also later be used for:

Potentially use the Truck's location to send SRs to the nearest Tower & Truck. This information is visible to your Station and REDGO.

Provide customers with real-time tracking of the Truck between statuses "On my way" and "Arrived on site." When we develop this functionality we will take measures to make sure that Tower's privacy is protected, by f.ex:

Delaying the displayed map location by a few minutes.

Omitting names or other identifying details of Towers or Trucks.
3. App Navigation Data (Personal and Aggregated)
We track how users navigate the App, including:

Click patterns.

Time spent on each page.

Frequency of field changes.
This data is used for:

Aggregated analysis by REDGO to improve the App.

Sharing with your Station to optimize workflows.
Data Protection and Security
We take your privacy seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access to your personal data is limited to authorized personnel at REDGO and your Station when necessary for operational purposes.
