Station: See all SR, accept and assign

• This tab is for all shift leaders. Here you can see all SRs for the whole station/organization.
  • Incoming: New SRs, not accepted by Station
  • Unassigned: Accepted by Station, but not assigned to Tower
  • Active: Assigned to Tower till service executed
• On a SR you can:
  
  • Accept: Just accept without assigning
  • Accept and assign: Assign to yourself or another Tower.
• Available - All tower for the Station will look available now. You can see who is logged into a truck. We will set some logic there afterwards.

NB1: You will still need to set yourself as Shift leader in the old way to get the sms.

NB2: This functionality will be access restricted after summer, so the Station admin can choose who gets access or not.

Status, info and feedback form

• On the home page you will see important messages from us, find info about new releases/what is coming and shortcut to main page (redgo.no/connect).
• From now you can use the feedback form to send in your feedback. Then we will have one place to gather them. Fill in your contact info if you want us to reply.

NB1: The cookie consent is there because this page is the same page as: redgo.no/connect/support

• If something to report: Choose topic and write in observation. Here you can use the quick suggestions.
• If nothing to report: Click on "All ok"
• If you don't have time or are hindered to report: Click on "Unable to report"

Desired assistance time

• If the SR have desired assistance time, this will be shown in the SR details together with the priority.
• You can soon also change the desired assistance time. Click on the "..."-button in the bottom:
  
  • If changed to later same day --> priority 4
  • If later dates --> priority 5
